My account shows not active subscriptions but I was just charged

    Under manage purchases my account show no upcoming charges or subscriptions, but I was just charged. How do I cancel my account and get refunded?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here owns no site or upgrades on WordPress.com, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged. So if you’ve been charged, it was for a site that belongs to another account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
