My account was deleted, my domain was suspended, but I am still being charged an auto renewal for a yearly subscription. I cannot log back in, I cannot reach anyone on the phone, I cannot manage any billing. My only choice seems to be to dispute this charge as fraud. How else can I fix this?

A deleted account cannot be charged. Check what that charge is all about at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

Hi Lorna,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please be aware that when a WordPress.com account is fully deleted, all subscriptions associated with it are permanently removed, meaning a deleted account cannot be charged.
If you are continuing to see renewal charges, it usually indicates that there is another active WordPress.com account or site registered under a different email address or username.
In order for you to trace the charge and find out which account it belongs to:
- Visit our secure look-up tool at wpchrg.wordpress.com.
- Enter the details from your bank or credit card statement.
- The tool will help identify the exact account, email address, or site generating these fees.
Once you locate the active account, you will be able to log in to manage or cancel the subscription. If you still need help locating the account or canceling the charges after using the tool, please send us an email with the transaction details or billing descriptor, and we will be glad to assist you further.
Best Regards,
Reymer.
