my account was hacked and much of my content was deleted or altered maliciously.

  10 to 20 of my posts were deleted and about the same number were maliciously altered. also a number of images were deleted. i would like to recover the content. i have my suspicions and given the content affected i have a good suspicion of who it was. right now i want my work back and my sight more secure. also is there any action i may take?
