Hi there I was currently on premium which I upgraded to on the 14th of this month, I wanted to try business but it was too expensive for me at the time. I got charged and canceled business and now you guys have me back to a free account. Why is that when I already paid for premium?! Why wasn’t I put back to what I was previously paying for, are you guys going to refund me or take me back to my premium account?! Thanks!

Hi there,
When you upgrade from one plan to a higher plan it’s not possible to downgrade it yourself. Cancelling from the Purchases page will cancel the upgrade completely. If you wanted a downgrade you should have contacted us over live chat instead so we could help with that.
However, your original Premium Plan payment was refunded yesterday along with your Business Plan payment when you cancelled, so you should receive the full refund in about ten business days. You can see receipts for refunds on both payments here:
