My Administrators Can’t Access My Site

    I have a team of 3 people helping me with my smol website. I have created user accounts for them through my website editor. I have made them administrators but they can’t log in to make edits to the site. I created a test user to test out the credentials and see the process from their side. When I put the credentials in, WordPress says that the account does not exist. Fine. I create an account with the same credentials but the site is not linked. To sum things up — my created/added administrators cannot access my site. How can I get it so they can access my site?
