My Akismet key

  I paid $59 for a key last month without even having my website up. I copied the key and now told when I’m trying to use it on my WPsite that its an invalid number. I see no way to get my number. The site sent me to WP.com and info that I’m not interested in. Considering I still have no site or list, and a complicated for getting help, where do I go to get a refund?
