my backup file is not uploading i used all in one migration plugins

  Hello,

  I created a backup file with All in one migration plugin. The result was a .wpress file and I thought it was just fine.

  Then I wanted to move the contents to a the site again. but the loading stuck at 1%

  please What should i do?
