My billing details and preferences are not available to me. Can I please get them so that I can edit them as I wish? There are no invoices reflecting under my purchases tab.

There are no purchases on your account; what is the address of the site you upgraded?
It’s either on another account of yours, or your subscriptions are with a different host, like Bluehost or HostGator.
