I have found out that wordpress.com is not the right product for me for my purpose. I need a website and not a blog.
I am requesting a refund for the Upgrade Bundle $99 that I purchased yesterday. Somewhere in your pitch you stated a 48 hour refund/return policy. I have clicked on the link for canceling but it doesn’t take me to any useable information in order to cancel.
I think your product is great if it is a blog that I need but my need is a website. -james kubik
Please provide information on canceling my charge. I will make a screenshot of this so that if I do not hear back from you I can pursue a non-payment through my credit card.

You can cancel your Value Bundle with domain and get a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
Is that what you tried earlier?
