my blog and template that I have NEVER used and why I paid $99????

  I have never used my blog and now cancelling. why was I charged $99.00 in February 17, 2016? I thought i was on the free plan. then I purchased a template which has never been used because it is way too complicated for me. I would like a credit for both please.

  Hi @roamingwithjulie , you bought Premium for $99 in February, along with a premium theme. It’s almost time to renew the plan again, and we really can’t refund at this point. But we can prevent it from renewing and have done that for you.
