I’ve paid for the domains and the blog and website, now I’m receiving a This domain has been suspended due to non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification. what the heck is this. I’m beyond mad after all the work I have put into this blog and website to be removed for something I’ve paid for.

What is the URL of your site?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
