My blog disappeared

  I need to talk to a real person. I had a blog here for 4 years and my access to the backend went away but I see my posts randomly all over.
  I need to know what happened and how. It now is a wpcomcast blog?? I can’t access my own 2000 posts or audience in 150 countries.
