My blog does not work at all!

I can’t create new blogs,add photos, nothing! This really sucks I want a refund!

You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a charge back fee.
Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site and disputes can take a long time, so you could possible not receive your refund for up to 75 days. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.
Your stats and your content are all safe. But because chargebacks are a very serious matter we lock any site with a pending chargeback until the matter is resolved. You can find more information here:

Ok this is my first time doing a block yes I want to block but we’re pressed charged me two different times $35 and $65 what is the total cost of the block because I’m very confused what is the total cost of the blog where I can post pictures videos and everything else but I do want the blog

Sorry I do want the blog but word press charged me two times. Once do 35.88 and once for 63.12 I do want the blog but I’m confused as to the different charges. How much is the actual blog?

Hey there,
You were charged twice because you first purchased the Personal Plan which was $35.88. Then, you upgraded to the Premium Plan, which is $99, so we charged you the difference between the Personal and the Premium which was $63.12. So, you were charged a total of $99, but with two separate charges.

We won’t be able to do anything until you contact PayPal or your bank and the dispute is canceled. You’ll be able to use your site and upgrades once more after that.

Hello my blog is not working the way it should it looks incomplete. When you click on the link it doesn’t send you to the blog it sends you to a search engine also it says site title where it should say my blog name and the pictures don’t show when I upload them what should I do?

I visited your blog with no issues, so let me know if you still see a search engine. I am also seeing pictures that you uploaded on your posts now.
