My blog has a fatal error and I can't even get in to fix it.

  My entire blog is crashed and I can’t even get to the dashboard. I downloaded FileZilla but I don’t know how to use it. This is so far over my head and I don’t know what to do next. 😭

  Well, for starters you’re in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG for support for that version of the software.
