my blog has become ‘no longer available’

  I just made a blog, was just inviting people out of my address book via the appropriate outlet for doing so within the WordPress program, and suddenly nothing would work. I could not send any more invites, and now my blog says that the blog is ‘no longer available.’ What gives??
