My blog has errored while I was updating two Plugins and now it has crashed

I was updating Plugins and now my blog has crashed, has disappeared, and shows the error message below – PLEASE HELP ME GET MY BLOG BACK!!!!! I can’t log in to the Admin section as I can’t get past this error message. PLEASE HELP!!!!

The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software). To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

Hi Rachel, thanks for your message. Yes, I know all of the above, but I can’t log in to WordPress.org because of the fact that my site is down and errored – it won’t recognise my log in and password details because it doesn’t think I have a site – which isn’t true – it’s just that it has crashed while I was updating plugins from within the Admin. I can’t get in to anything WordPress.org related to ask for help!!! So i’ve had to do it via WordPress.com instead. Please help me!! My blog has been down for 2 days now and I need to get it back up!!! Can you maybe get someone from WordPress.org to call me? Or give me a number to call to speak with someone from WordPress.org? I can’t do anything within the system so I need to speak with someone from outside the system. My UK phone number is [private details redacted by staff]. Thanks so much!!!

I’m sorry, but there’s nothing I can do from my end to help your self-hosted site. However, even if your site is down you can get support from the WordPress.org forums here:
The username and password used in the WordPress.org forums is separate from other sites (so your login details from WordPress.com or your self-hosted site won’t work there). If you’ve never posted in those support forums before, you can register for a WordPress.org account here: http://wordpress.org/support/register.php
You could also contact your website hosting provider for more assistance. Your hosting provider will have access to the back end of your site and may be able to help you with that.
