My Blog has gone. Someone has tried to change the password and it is now gone
-
I have renewed my Membership in May and over the last two weeks I have had emails from WordPress saying someone is trying to change the password and it said if it was not me to do nothing. I come to do a post today and my account and everything is not there. It says I do not have any accounts my user name and Blog do not exist. What the F is going on? I pay the business rate for this and this is how it is and I cannot recover the account because I do not exist according to this and I cannot use the contact customer support as I do not exist!!!!!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @scullybooks,
I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this situation, especially after receiving those unsolicited password reset emails.
I checked your account in our system, and I want to reassure you that your site is still intact and associated with your account. Also, as @staartmees mentioned, your site is still up and running. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/ahKVoceTK14R
It sounds like you may be experiencing a browser caching issue that’s making it appear as though your account doesn’t exist.
If you haven’t already, could you please try clearing your browser’s cache, then log back in to your WordPress.com account and check if you’re able to access your website?
You can follow this guide to clear your browser’s cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clear-your-browser-cache
If the issue persists after that, could you please share a screenshot of what you see when you try to log in or access your website? That will help us better understand what’s happening on your end.
Here’s a guide for sharing screenshots: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/
Hope this helps! We look forward to hearing back from you.
