My blog is going on to the Contact page

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately the blog I am trying to create and add to easily each day is not opening in a way that I can access where to type.
    If you go to my blog called maraweave you will see that it is not operating as it should for example I added some material yesterday for a post and it is not showing today?
    Would I please be able to hear from you on how to access the ‘blog’ page instead of the ‘contacts’ page?
    I would simply like to be able to add an image and a record each day of my journey as a phd student – at this stage I am not up to inviting others to see it though this will be possible down the track.

    Hi there,

    I can see all of your posts on the homepage of your blog. If you’re trying to add your blog page to your menu, then you need first create a static front page and them assign a blog page for your posts. Here’s how to do that:

    Set the Homepage

    Alternatively, you can create the effect of a single page showing a group of related posts by following these steps to link to an archive of all posts in a certain category.

    1. Assign the same category to all of the posts you want to appear on a given page.

    2. Create a custom menu in Appearance > Menus.

    3. Using the “Categories” module to the left of the Appearance > Menus screen, add the categories you want to appear as pages to your menu, and drag to arrange them.
