My Blog is not sending update emails to followers – not due to junk email issue

  My blog theanxioustraveller.wordpress.com is not sending out any emails to our email followers. I have tested this by subscribing myself, have managed my email account to allow emails to come through immediately after I update a new post.

  As we are leaving on our big trip 24th Dec, I’d love to get this sorted out ASAP.

  IS there a setting I need to click on in the dashboard?
  Is it because I am using “Adventure Journal” as a theme?
  Is there something I am doing wrong?

  Hi macmanx – it is not a spam issue. All my subscribers have opted and confirmed to receive email updates, and have added wordpress to their safe senders list.

  Im thinking its a settings issue on my blog–?? Or something else?

  Hoping someone can help here…

  I won’t be a settings issue with your blog. I’ll need to know one account to check the flow of the emails. Did you subscribe with the same email address on your account?
