My blog is not showing when I login

I login to my wordpress site and a site I must have accidentally created appears. My 2 blogs do not show. I have posted for help twice and no help from WordPress. I’m desperate to access my blog as it is my teaching portfolio and I want to upgrade it to a paid site. I have been trying for about 5 months. Please can WordPress help me. The URL I’m trying to access is teachingportfoliowordpress.com. It’s very strange because it does exist when you look it up on the web. There is no way I can contact wordpress so I am really stuck.
