My blog isn’t accessible on my phone today.

  I have a blog on WordPress. It works fine on my PC with Windows 10 and Google Chrome, but my Nokia Lumia 635 phone only allows Internet Explorer. It worked fine on there yesterday, but today when I connect, I only see my background, not the entries. Any ideas how I can read my memoirs over my phone?

  Hi –

  This could be an issue with the browser being outdated. Do you know which version of Internet Explorer is in use on the phone? It might be listed under settings.

  I’d also like to see a screen shot of the affected site. If you could take that and then add it to the site’s media library our team can take a look to see what you’re seeing.

  Last thing to try is delete Internet Explorer, restart the device, reinstall IE, and see if anything changes.
