My blog page disappears when I Select it under Settings/Reading

    Hi
    I have created a website with the blog page separate to the home page. I’ve designed a nice blog page and placed Elementor post elements on there to display my posts. When I go to Settings – Reading – Your homepage displays – A Static Page – Homepage = Home and Posts page = Blog & Recipes (the name of my posts page), this page does not appear and instead defaults to a list of my posts in the default theme design instead of the nice blog page that I’ve created.

    If I go back to Settings – Reading – Your Homepage displays – A Static Page – Homepage = Home and Posts page = select (blank), then my Blog & Recipes page reappears with my posts on it laid out as I want them.

    Anyone got any idea why this would happen as I think its affecting mailchimps ability to recognise my posts feed.
