My blog shows up blank.
-
My blog is blank, It was okay today. I cleared my cache. I use Firefox.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.
-
I am able to view your site with no problems.
Are you still experiencing trouble viewing it yourself?
-
I can’t see either blog. And I cleared my cookies using Firefox. But if I go into my posts, I can see them. Very confusing, Susanne

Hello again,
Please take screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ and upload them into your Media Library and return to this thread to provide the file names for Staff. -
Both blogs are stuck on April 8, 2014 and show a blank post for that day.
I don’t know if I can figure out the screenshot. I’ll try.
Thanks,
Susanne -
I did it! My daughter helped. I took snapshots of both blogs and put them in my Media Library (which I didn’t know I had). The files are called, Capture and WordPress. Does this help?

Your browser may be looking at a cached version of the page. You can try either clearing your cache, using a different browser, or loading the page and then holding the shift key while you click reload/refresh.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

I did everything you suggested, but it didn’t help. I cleared my browser and tried it with Internet Explorer.

Good news!
We’ve tracked down the source of the problem. There was a <div> tag that hadn’t gotten closed in your Nature at its finest post. Now that it is fixed, everything should be displaying normally.
-
One blog is back. But the other one, http://susbs1000.wordpress.com/, is still not displaying.
Susanne -
http://susbs1000.wordpress.com/ should be working as well now. Please take a look and let me know.

Happy to help.
As a sidenote, unless you have a specific reason for doing so, you may want to rethink having two blogs with (what looks like) the exact same content. Google generally penalizes sites that are exact duplicates of content on another site as their search algorithms see that as a likely indicator of you being a spammer (as that is the sort of thing spammers do).
-
-
That is a problem we can solve.
I can transfer your subscribers from one to another. Then you can close the blog that is no longer needed.
-
-
So, you will need to decide which of the two blogs you want to keep and which you want to close.
-
I would like to keep the blog, http://susanneleist.wordpress.com, and move http://susbs1000.wordpress.com into it.
Thanks,
Susanne -
So, to be clear, what I’m talking about is just moving the followers and subscribers from http://susbs1000.wordpress.com to http://susanneleist.wordpress.com.
Do you have posts on http://susbs1000.wordpress.com that is different from http://susanneleist.wordpress.com? Or are the posts all the same on both?
