My blog site/account is attacked/blocked by somebody on the internet

My blog site is attacked/blocked by somebody on the internet. Same for all the rests of my other accounts, like, the facebook and email accounts : like, in all email accounts, I tried many times to report that person ‘s illegal bad work done to all my accounts, but failed. And , I was asked to log in again, yet also failed, because that person changes all my passwords to/for all the accounts.
Same happenings with my face book :一 in respect to my postings of especially with when I reported that person to the facebook team, and the posting of warning notices to all my fb friends regarding the bad work of that person done in my fb account too,
That person has logged in my fb ac countless times in a different country from where I live. Yesterday, I posted total 2 times of my warning notices, but only the 2nd time, was successful in posting onto my fb wall. However, it is on the wall for few minute, it then disappeared, I cannot see or find it anymore. Very obviously, that person controls all my setting in fb account to : he or she stopped the fb team to send me notices regarding my warning notices to all my friends on the fb wall yesterday
Similar or same things happned to/with my blog ac and log in to this ac : That person stop/blocks my activities in/to all my internet accounts by changing all my account settings : for examples, the leave message page is all blank everytime when I go in to view it. -

Which site is this for? I see two sites on your account, but I don’t see any evidence that they have been hacked, and I do not see any suspicious activity on your WordPress.com account. It is one of these two sites, yes?
