My blog won't display properly

My blog won’t display properly after I was playing around and deleted the ABOUT page at the top underneath my title. It just archives the blogs as recent posts which you need to click on to view instead of them all being right there as a static page when you initially click on the Blog URL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
