  thank you justjennifer. Apparently all my networking sites and general sites where I need a password are showing up on my phone and laptop as either not found or not loading at all. Must be something more technical. I am lost! If anyone else has heard of such a thing, let me know. Thank you!

  So it sounds like a connectivity problem at your end. First place to start is by contacting your ISP, resetting your router. Good luck!
