my browser shows wrong url

    I believe I have done what’s needed, still my browser is showing the wrong url- uibc3.com and not my stepintoenergy.com registered with uibcdomains.com. I get almost no support at that place.
    If I put my original stepintoenergy.wordpress.com in to browser, it takes me, showing in browser to uibc3.com and I have no ability to change anything from my stepintoenergy.wordpress.com dashboard?
    How to I take my domain name registered with uibcdomains.com back, my name property and place it with someone who is more able to service my needs?
