  I was still develop the website yesterday, but it was all disappeared on this account when I log in today, it was said there is nothing have been created on this account, also no payment recorded, why this situation happen? I do not understand. Please help me to solve this.

  Your account vivocolombiabrand is only 11 minutes old so it cannot be connected to a site you created yesterday. It’s obvious your site is connected to another account of yours. What is the URL of your site?
