    My case with PayPal is closed, Why won’t you issue me a refund of $47.99?

    I have processed that refund for you, so you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
