  I bought theshuttle.com and I received a mail saying that that domain was already registered so now I have no idea what to do.

  I’m so sorry about this. We’ve been having some issues with our domain registration process (It is now resolved). I just looked into the domain that you wanted and it is currently taken. It was registered back in 1998 as seen here:
