My custmization package disappeared

I bought a customization package a while back for 30 dollars. I then thought I needed to upgrade to 99 dollars package which I then purchased for a discounted price of 79 dollars as I had already bought the 30 dollars package. Which come to think of it is actually rather cheeky as then in total I paid 109 dollars for something that is atually only 99 dollars.
However my problem is I then realized I did not need the full package so I cancelled the full package and requested a refund. You have confirmed the refund of 79 dollars but my customization package is also gone.
So I need to have my customization package reactivated or a full refund of 109 dollars instead and I will then repurchase the customization package.

I have had to repurchase the customization package package but I really hope you do not charge me for it … §!!!!!

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
