My custom CSS rules are not working today

  I have used custom CSS rules for a while to make small adjustments to my blog’s layout, and they have always worked fine, but this morning I have found these rules are not being loaded except in “CSS preview” mode.

  For example

  The Prisoner’s Dilemma

  displays as expected, but

  The Prisoner’s Dilemma

  does not. Looking at the HTML source of the latter, I see a <style> block containing just:

  /* Purchase the Custom Design upgrade to activate this feature */

  at the end of the header where the custom CSS would ordinarily be.

  Clearing my browser’s cache and deleting cookies does not make any difference.
