My customers can’t login!

    My tech is not available, but I have customers not being able to log in to their accounts. I’m technologically challenged and don’t know what to do! I just tried to log in for a customer by hitting the login on our menu and it gave an almost imperceptible delay but nothing came up to enter info into.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi @thegalsofmathhacked, sorry to hear it! The site isn’t hosted here with us, but if you’re using Jetpack Backup, you may be able to see whether there are any recent changes that could be causing trouble. If you don’t have that, your best bet may be getting in touch with your hosting provider to determine recent changes that way.

    I had this problem. The login page just kept refreshing to the same login page. I think I fixed it by going to Jetpack settings and turning off the option to “cache login page”
