My Deleted Blog Still Exists
-
I created a WordPress today and synced it with Tumblr. However, I wanted some more control over how it was synced (I just wanted long text posts to be transferred, nothing else, like reblogs), so I decided the best option would be to just delete my WP blog, create a new one and do things in a more manual fashion.
I received the email link to permanently delete my blog, and I clicked on it, but the only change was I now have no access to my blog. The blog still exists, but I have no control over it, despite being its only creator and deleting it. https://ebolafurude.wordpress.com/
At first I thought it had been deleted, but it was still showing up because of cache, so I cleared my cache, and it still showed. I even used different browsers and computers, and it still shows. Can someone still delete it or help in some way? Thank you for your time.

Sorry about that! I’ve deleted that site for you now.
In the future, you can just disconnect your Tumblr account. You don’t need to delete your whole site. :)
You might be interested in using IFTTT to have some more granular, but automated, control over what gets shared to your Tumblr. You can set it up so that WordPress posts with a particular tag or category gets shared to Tumblr.
Here’s an example of this:

Let me know if I can help with anything else!
