My Deleted WordPress.com site still shows pages up in Google Search

Hi WordPress,
Background Story:
I had a site http://www.havannamassagetherapy.com.au which was powered by WordPress.com and have moved it to WordPress.org just a few months ago.I deleted my Havanna wordpress.com site since I didn’t need it anymore, but I think my mistake was I should have UNPUBLISHED or REMOVED my pages first before deleting the site. The problem I am encountering is when you google my business, it is bringing up Page/site links that were on my Deleted Site, so those links of course gave 404 page errors which is fine since I used 301 Redirect. 301 is only a temporary fix.
Can someone in WordPress permanently remove my dead pages in the background so Google no longer finds them and only shows up my WordPress.Org ?
The dead pages are:

havannamassagetherapy.com.au/theteam/
havannamassagetherapy.com.au/therapies/
havannamassagetherapy.com.au/products-2/
havannamassagetherapy.com.au/online-shopping-instructions/
havannamassagetherapy.com.au/contact-us/So basically Benefits, the Team, Therapies etc are all showing up in Google Search. Using the Google Console to remove URL is only temporary too, and then it comes back again.

It can take some time for Google to update its index, and WordPress.com doesn’t have any control over this. Over time, Google’s crawlers will realize that your site is gone and Google will update its listings. You can read more about how this works here:

You can try to speed things up by requesting a site removal from Google search results by following the instructions here:
