  Hi, I want to create a new site and leave the current host, I have a Domain, do I click to move it now while I build the new site? Then cancel my old site? Where to start I guess is my question. Thanks

  Happy to help you with this.

  You can create a site here at WordPress.com and it can be visible under a temporary domain (something like – example.WordPress.com). Leaving the live site untouched.

  When ready, the domain can either be transferred or connected to WordPress.com:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/
