  i register my domain yesterday but can not create my website, if i can’t use the domain can i get refund,thanks http://www.tshirtsprinting.com

  You will need the Domain Mapping upgrade to use that domain with your WordPress.com site. Domain Mapping is included in all WordPress.com paid plans:
