  My name is Leah Mitnick and I purchased an email account from you for the following domain: {mitzchai.com)}. I’ve built a site on Wix.com and I’m using their name servers. Please provide me with the required MX records and any other necessary DNS records so that I can forward them to Wix and have my emails redirected back to you.’

  You did purchase GSuite from us under that domain back on July 13, but you also canceled and refunded it on July 16.

  So, if your email under that domain is still working, someone else is your email provider.
