My domain auto-renewed on Nov. 30th but now is expired?

  My host site says it’s down because the domain expired. The domain registrar says they just do it in bulk from WordPress, and can access nothing because I’m not actually the customer. WordPress says I can’t renew that domain because it’s hosted elsewhere. I am losing business right this second for a site that should be running just fine.

  It was working perfectly fine up until two days ago. Previous auto-renewals were for a year.
