My domain doesn't work

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my domain since a few weeks ago. I purchased it on WordPress, and all its configuration seems to be OK, but when I introduce my web page on the navigator, it doesn’t work. It just displays that this website isn’t available.
    My purchased domain is http://vivoluegoescribo.com, and my default blog address (which it works perfectly) is http://vivoluegoescrib0.wordpress.com.

    BTW, my domain is already activated, I renewed it in october, but when I enter it here (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/) it displays this:

    ‘Oops, it looks like vivoluegoescribo.com has expired. For more information on what your options are, please see this document.’

    And this:

    ‘Although vivoluegoescribo.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.

    And all my configuration seems to be OK… I don’t understand…

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry for the trouble with your domain vivoluegoescribo.com. That domain expired on September 13, 2014. By the time you tried to renew it (on October 19), the domain’s grace period had ended and it had already entered the redemption period. (You can read more about the domain expiration process if you’d like to know more about that.)

    Since your renewal payment didn’t actually renew the domain, I’ve refunded that payment for you. At this stage, our domain registrar is preparing to completely cancel the domain, so there isn’t a way to renew it right now.

    Once the domain is completely canceled, it will be released so you can register it again as a new domain from your Domains page.

    You can check the status of the domain on this WHOIS information page:

    http://who.is/whois/vivoluegoescribo.com

    Once it’s released to register it again, you’ll see a message there saying that the domain is available. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
