My domain expired and my account is all blank

    How can I renew my paid domain?
    Domain name was quitjobtotravel.com

    Hi there,

    That domain last renewed in July last year, following which we received a chargeback against that payment. That chargeback caused the domain to be removed from your account, and the site for which you had bought it, http://quitjobtotravel.wordpress.com/, to be locked.

    Before we can do anything here you’ll have to pay the chargeback fee to unlock that site at https://wordpress.com/checkout/quitjobtotravel.wordpress.com

    Your domain expired on 10 August, so we should still be able to get it back for you. To save time I’m also sending you a link to pay for the domain’s renewal, but note that we won’t be able to proceed to get the domain back until you’ve paid both the chargeback fee and the renewal fee.

    Your domain could also go into redemption at any time, at which point there will be an extra $80 fee to restore it. This fee is charged by our domain provider, and we cannot waive it. But I’ll only know for sure if this fee is required after I contact our domain provider to restore the domain.
