My domain expired but is it possible to revert back to .wordpress.com?

    Hi,

I used to own http://www.thecityisee.com, but it expired in last December as I don’t post much on it anymore. I thought that the blog would automatically revert back to thecityisee.wordpress.com – but I can’t seem to access it in a public browser with that address either, as it simply takes me back to http://www.thecityisee.com, which has apparently been bought by Go Daddy. I don’t need the domain name back, but I’d like the posts I wrote before to still be available for public viewing. Is there a way to go around this?

    Many thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • I’m seeing http://thecityisee.wordpress.com/ point to your WordPress.com site.

If you are still seeing the wrong domain, your browser may be looking at a cached version of the page. You can try either clearing your cache, using a different browser, or loading the page and then holding the shift key while you click reload/refresh.
