  I need to speak to someone over the phone immediately. The link now goes to a very inappropriate web page. I’m running a reputable business, and this is effecting my business significantly.

  Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. If you have a domain with a paid plan, you are entitled to live chat and email support.

  Your domain sandersonag.com expired on June 12. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

  Since the domain was not renewed, it was eventually returned to the public market: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  After that, it was purchased by someone else on September 29: https://whois.domaintools.com/sandersonag.com

  The site that you were using the domain on still exists at https://sandersonag.wordpress.com/
