  how can I re activate it? Is there a way to speak on the phone?

  Hi there,

  The domain is only mapped to WordPress.com. If it is suspended, you’ll need to contact the domain host to get that sorted. It is also not mapped to the account you are contacting us from by the way. You’ll need to log into the WordPress.com account that is connected to the mapping subscription to mange the subscription.
