  and I can proof myself I have the full control over the google account under the same domain and squarespace under the same domain and if the bill info is sent to me, I can proof that the credit card used is under my main credit card under my anme

  As you have a paid plan you can use the transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that domain – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  i dont have id or password or email access as the manager of my acct has been missing for 9 month now and we were not aware of this situation.

  we dont have anything to retrieve the billing info or anything as it seemed it went to his personal email which we dont even know which one.

  so the link u sent its not workjng for us..

  what to do now?
