My Domain is in use…?

  I just purchased a new domain today. Everything seems to be working, however when I go to setup my site and enter my domain name, it say that the domain is already in use and it won’t let me set up a site under that name. Is this just because my site isn’t fully setup right, or did I do something wrong?

  What is the domain you’re trying to use, please? The account you’re using to post here was created only a few hours ago, and does not own any sites or domain upgrades on WordPress.com.
