my domain is not able to be transfered.

    i purchased my domain through wordpress I have never really been able to use it and basically after I canceled my service with wordpress it has been unusable. it is unable to be registered and it is quite irritating. I am just trying to use transfer it to siteground please release my domain haha

    I see that you had two domains registered through us. Which is the one you’re referring to?

    Once I know the domain name, I can send you a payment link to restore it and then transfer it away.
