My Domain is not working

Hello,
Unfortunately for some reason I cannot log into my account which has the username ‘cuarb’ although the username and password being unchanged. It is a premium account and this is unacceptable. What can I do? It was working fine a month ago but nothing has been changed since and we didn’t delete the account. I created this new account to be able to contact you and see why its not working. Please let me know what can be done ASAP.
It gives me this error

Ah, your site is hosted with Gandi then, not with us (WordPress.com). Have you already reached out to your host about this? They should be able to give you more information.
