My domain is parked and I cannot access it.

I deleted my WordPress.com plan to move it to WordPress.org. Now I can’t access my domain.
Site: livingthebunnylife.com.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: Unknown -
Hi there,
Do you still want to keep the domain here on WordPress.com or do you plan on using it somewhere else?
If you want to use it here, I can send you a link to pay for the domain only and then restore it.
If you want to use it somewhere else and willing to wait a few days, the domain should become available again by mid next week, at which point you can register it directly at the provider where you want to use it. If you prefer not to wait we can still restore it manually as above as well, and then help you point it to the other provider.
Let me know what you’d prefer.

Thank you so much for your reply! I think the 3rd option to restore it manually and then point me to using it at WordPress.org would be great.

Hi there,
I have restored livingthebunnylife.com back to your account successfully.
It appears you repurchased the Personal Plan in an attempt to restore the domain? Since you are using your domain elsewhere, I have processed a refund for the personal plan minus the charge of the domain – so, you can expect a refund of $33.17 to reflect on your bank statement within 7-10 days.
For information on how to point your domain to your new host, please take a look at our support page here:

Let us know if there is any other ways we can assist.
Thanks!
