my domain is showing as (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hello,

    My name is Oluwanumi and I am the owner of http://www.gherit.com.

    The domain used to be with wordpress.com before but sometime last year I transferred my domain to a local provider PCNHosting.com and I was assured the transfer was successful. My domain with WordPress was still valid when I did the transfer. Domain with WordPress was due to expire April, 2021.

    To my uttermost surprise after my domain with WordPress expired, my domain stopped working which wasn’t supposed to as the new platform, PCNHosting where my domain was moved to was not due to expire until August, 2021.

    I did a who is search now and discovered that it has Wildwest domain as the registrar.

    I never remembered registering with Wildwest except if my current registrar is a reseller for you.

    How can I get my domain working again as I have not been able to use my domain for over a month now.

    Please, I need a way forward concerning this.

    The site I need help with is gherit.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    I do show that you did initiate a transfer process, but that transfer was never completed.

    Your domain gherit.com expired on April 12. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by our domain partner and is not one which we can waive. That’s in addition to your annual domain renewal from us, so the total is going to be $98.
